• Q: How long will it take until I receive it?
• A: We ship within 48 hours of your order, Australia post times vary but it should arrive within 9 business days from ship date

• Q: Do I get a receipt
• A: Yes, you get an order ID and we email and post the receipt

• Q: My box is damaged on arrival, what do I do?
• A: The puzzle boxes are very securely wrapped, however if yours has been damaged in transit, take some photo's of the damage and email us at puzzle@dmtas.com.au with your name and address and we will reproduce for you.

• Q: I uploaded the wrong picture, how can I cancel it?
• A: Immediately email us at puzzle@dmtas.com.au with your name and address with the subject "Cancel Order". We will cancel your order and process a refund to you within 48 hours Mon-Fri.

• Q: I want more than one puzzle, can I order multiples?
• A: Yes, but you will have to go through the order process each time as the cost of delivery is not reduced for volume.
